How does Immanuel bring healing?

Immanuel, our Good Shepherd, has always been with us in every situation, at every turn, under every circumstance.  Scripture is full of passages that talk about this reality (see the FAQ'S page).  But in our times of overwhelmingly painful experiences, we were not able to perceive Him.

Immanuel Prayer is a way to get what we missed while growing up. Perhaps our parents were not able to provide in certain ways. It is never too late! Good Shepherd can fill in those gaps Himself, redeeming our stories, giving honor to those losses, and infusing meaning and purpose into our identity. It's a process that fully satisfies the more we turn to Him, the One who knows us more intimately that we know ourselves.  In deliberate encounters with Him, we can begin to develop secure attachments and grow sustainable bonded relationships. We come to experience and internalize His true character, one of love, tenderness, gentleness, patience, kindness, peace, hope, joy, authority, power, and strength. He never fails (see 1 Corinthians 13:4-8) and gain the confidence to find our serenity in Him and abandon outcomes of our concerns to Him.

Below is small sampling of Promises that can be felt and experienced during and following an Immanuel Prayer session:
